Preparation and Cleaning

First, we clean the beakers thoroughly using ethanol compound to ensure there are no impurities. We then measure and weigh the beaker to ensure precision. After that, we add the fixative compound and ethanol into the beaker. This process helps to ensure that the perfume holds its fragrance for a longer time and provides stability.

Step 2

Phase 2

Blending the Base

Next, we carefully add the concentrated oils into the beaker. The oils used contain 42% to 45% concentration, depending on the results of our testing. We ensure that the percentage is accurate to guarantee the fragrance lasts for the optimal 10 hours. The oils are mixed thoroughly with the fixatives to create a balanced, lasting fragrance.

Step 3

Phase 3

Adding Concentrated Oils

After blending the oils and fixatives, we mix the perfume carefully to ensure even distribution of all ingredients. This step is essential for ensuring that the perfume smells consistent from the first spray to the last. We pay attention to every detail during this stage to maintain the high quality of the fragrance.

Step 4

Phase 4

Bottling and Maceration

Finally, we pour the mixed perfume into bottles, ensuring they are filled to the exact volume. We then crimp the bottles securely, so the fragrance stays intact. After bottling, we allow the perfume to macerate, which helps the oils and fixatives blend together. This maturation process improves the fragrance and ensures it lasts longer when applied.
