Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Product Condition: We accept returns and exchanges on products you’re not satisfied with, as long as the item has at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
Return Window: You must submit your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. Please make sure to contact us within this time frame to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Processing Your Request
Timeframe for Processing: We process all returns and exchanges within 3-5 working days after receiving your request. Our team will verify the product’s condition before proceeding.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges for both return and exchange orders are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, you will need to cover the shipping costs for the new item.
Non-Refundable Items
Our Tester Box (Sample Box), provided solely for testing fragrances, is non-refundable.
Orders over Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for refunds, but exchanges are allowed.
Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, we will cover the delivery charges for the return and exchange.
Important: To process the return, we require a video of the package being opened. This helps us verify the damage or error. Without this proof, we cannot accept the return or exchange.
