Shipping Methods

We partner with Leopard Services for deliveries across Karachi and Pakistan. They guarantee timely and safe delivery. We take extra care in packaging your items, using premium bubble wrap to prevent any damage during the shipping process.

Packaging

We package each product with utmost care to ensure safe delivery. Our packaging includes:

  • High-quality bubble wrap to protect the bottles from damage.
  • Reinforced boxes to keep items safe during transit.
  • Each item is individually wrapped to ensure protection during the journey.
Shipping Areas

We ship to locations in Karachi and across Pakistan. However, please note that some remote areas might require additional shipping time. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and order size. You will receive a shipping cost estimate during checkout, so you know the exact amount before completing your order.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Here’s a general guideline:

  • Karachi: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Other cities in Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Remote areas: 5 to 7 business days.

We process and ship orders within 1 business day. However, delays might occur due to public holidays or severe weather conditions, but we will always keep you informed of any changes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can track your package on Leopard Services’ website or contact their customer service for any assistance.

Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently do not ship internationally. Our services are available only within Pakistan.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.

  • Make sure to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to cover the reshipping cost.
